Marie Fleischer holds the main responsibility for Mittarfeqarfiit. Since 2009, she has held numerous management and board positions, both in the public and in the private sector, and has gained experience in strategic development and change management in companies. Marie holds an MSc in Public Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and gained her MBA at Aalborg University.

Inaluk Brandt holds an MSc in Biology and Religion from the University of Southern Denmark. She has worked in Greenland since 2005 as an official of the Government of Greenland and has been involved in national projects on education and skills development. In the private business sector, she was a HR manager in the construction and contracting industry. Today, Inaluk is a partner and senior consultant at Visiobox ApS where she is mainly involved in organisation development, strategy implementation and consultancy.

Karl Gustav Jensen is a qualified architectural engineer and architect. For the majority of his professional life, he has been involved in urban development – as a director at the Port of Copenhagen, as a director at By og Havn I/S (CPH City & Port Development) and as Development Manager at CPH City & Port Development. Most recently, he held the position of Development Director at NCC CONSTRUCTION DANMARK A/S.

Karl Gustav Jensen has worked as a consultant on the Siorarsiorfik project since it started in 2015.

Hans Henrik Winther Johannsen is Director of Construction and Environmental Services at Sermersooq Municipality. He previously worked as a traffic planner and chief of staff in the same department.

Hans Henrik Winther Johannsen graduated as an engineer and traffic planner from Aalborg University.

Ulla Lynge

Ulla Lynge has an MSc in Public Administration from Ilisimatusarfik (University of Greenland) and has an MBA from Henley Business School in London.

Ulla Lynge has ten years of experience in managerial responsibilities, most recently as the managing director for Sermersooq Business Council and before that as the director of pension fund SISA. Ulla Lynge has also previously worked for the Greenland Government Authorities and Nuup Municipality.

Throughout her career, Ulla Lynge has been involved in development-related tasks with special focus on business development, organisational development and change management.

Since 2009, Ulla Lynge has also held the position of vice chairperson as a member of the chairmanship of The Economic Council of Greenland.
